This is a BEAUTIFUL vintage (1990s) button-down blouse from the brand Panther. This blouse was made in Japan, and it's a vibrant red color. The photos don't really do this piece justice. The silky material has a geometric check textured pattern and a stylish tie around the neck (built-in scarf). The sleeves are blousy and have small hemmed cuffs and buttons.
