This vacuum oven offers a standard capacity of 0.65 cubic feet (0.02 cubic meters). It features a 10-inch (25-centimeter) wide chamber with a 1000-watt wraparound element that covers the top, sides, and bottom. The oven maintains a 30-inch Hg (762mm) vacuum with a daily loss of less than 1/2 inch Hg (12.7mm). It has automatic temperature backup control, ensuring a constant temperature within 1.0C at ultimate vacuum, with a control sensitivity of 1.0C. A warning light alerts of any failure. The oven's cabinet is made of 18-gauge steel, protected by chemical-resistant enamel and 4-inch thick (10cm) fiberglass insulation. It includes a full-view window for continuous monitoring, a low-temperature handle, and a silicone door gasket. Inlet and outlet connectors/controls allow for the replacement of air with inert gas.
